Return Policy:

1. Unless it's defective or damaged in shipping, All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, un-opened in its original package with all accessories and printing materials included.
2. No refund allowed after the 30 days period. Only repair or replacement is acceptable.
3. Call us at 626-369-0350 to arrange the return. No return will be accepted unless you call us first and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Print the RMA# on the returned box. We will reject any return without a valid RMA# on the return box.
4. Original shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
5. We will replace any defected or damaged product. All other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy:

Lumin-Flash warrants to the original user of this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty Does Not Cover abused or misused products or products used in commercial applications. This warranty is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the original purchase price only at Lumin-Flash's sole discretion.
